DROP OFF ZONES
The easiest way to use Soapy Joe’s!
Our van parks in front of EVK, Parkside, and University Village at the following times/locations. It’s simple - you drop off your laundry directly at our van, and it will be ready the next day - same time and place! Dry cleaning takes a day or two longer. Look for the big white Soapy Joe’s van - can’t miss it!!
(Note: Thursdays are for deliveries only. You may drop off your laundry on a Thursday, but it will not be returned until the next week.)
1) New North & EVK | Monday-Thursday | 6:30PM-7:30 PM
Outside EVK / New Residential in the loading zone. This is also the most convenient pickup zone for Pardee Tower, Marks Hall, Marks Tower, Trojan Hall, & Birnkrant.
2) Parkside | Monday – Thursday | 7:45 PM – 8:15 PM
On McClintock and W 37th Pl (between Parkside Apartments and the Ming Hsieh Dept of Electrical & Computer Engineering Building)
3) University Village | Monday – Thursday | 8:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Outside McCarthy Honors on McClintock. This is also the most convenient zone for Cardinal Gardens - right across the street!
Off-Campus Pickups & Deliveries
If you don’t live near a drop off zone, we offer FREE direct pickups & deliveries anywhere in the USC area!
For all personal pickups, we have partnered with Big Waves Laundromat to accommodate all your laundry and dry-cleaning needs!
Simply fill out the pickup request form and Big Waves will reach out to coordinate your pickup and delivery.
Note: You do not need to sign up with Soapy Joe’s before requesting a pickup. Big Waves will handle all account-related needs!
